Cross Aluminum Products guarantees its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of manufacture. Other warranty options are available upon request. Cross Aluminum has always
believed in the strength and longevity of our products. For thirty years we have provided products that require minimal maintenance and maximum strength. Here at Cross we have not changed our thinking since our inception: Supply a product that will last!
That is why we have increased our warranty period from five (5) to ten (10) years. We feel it is necessary, since doors we have built 30 years ago are still in practical use today. Our products have been time tested in the most grueling places... schools, chemical
